9. All Rights Reserved
EmeraldsMC reserves all rights surrounding user accounts, both on the server and website. As such, staff members reserve the right, at any time, for any reason, to terminate an account, regardless of player rank, status, or longevity of playtime. All users are subject to the rules set forth on the website and the server. Warnings are typically given before a ban is applied to a user account. All users are permitted to apply for an appeal for any misconduct identified that resulted in a ban, but appeals are not guaranteed to overturn any corrective actions put in place. Staff members are monitored for misuse of their powers and members may report any misconduct to a superior staff member to submit a complaint, if needed.
10. Chargebacks Not Permitted
We strictly prohibit any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals of payments made to EmeraldsMC for any products or services offered. Initiating a chargeback without proper cause is considered a breach of our terms of service and will not be tolerated.
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized transaction, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. We are committed to resolving payment-related issues promptly and fairly.
Any user found to have initiated a chargeback may face corrective actions on the server, including, but not limited to, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or forfeiture of in-game items or currency.
In addition to corrective actions on the server, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any damages resulting from improper chargebacks. This may include pursuing claims in a court of law or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
We strongly advise all users to thoroughly review and understand our payment and refund policies before making any transactions with EmeraldsMC.
11. Forfeiture of Litigation
By playing on the EmeraldsMC server or using our website, you automatically agree to forfeit any right to initiate or participate in litigation, whether in a court of law or through alternative dispute resolution methods, against EmeraldsMC, its owners, administrators, staff members, or affiliates.
This forfeiture of litigation includes, but is not limited to, disputes related to your gameplay, interactions with other players, content submissions, account actions, or any other aspect of your experience on EmeraldsMC.
We encourage our users to resolve any concerns, disputes, or issues through our designated channels for support and communication, which are designed to provide fair and efficient solutions for all parties involved.
If you do not agree with this forfeiture of litigation clause, please refrain from playing on the server or using our website.
