Every planCoal & up
Plugins. Switch to Paper, Purpur or Spigot in one click, then search Bukkit and Spigot plugins from inside the panel and install or remove them without leaving it.
-
2 GBGold & up
Mods. Install Fabric, NeoForge or Forge from the panel, then add mods from Modrinth one at a time, with dependencies pulled in for you and client-only mods filtered out.
-
3 GBDiamond & up
One-click modpacks. Install a whole Modrinth pack in one go: we fetch it, install the loader it needs, pick the right Java version and apply its configs.
Browsing is open on every plan, so you can see what is out there before you decide, and any size can upload its own jar or pack over SFTP. Move up a tier whenever you like. Your world, your address and your files come with you.
US East today. More regions as we grow.
Every EmeraldsMC server currently runs in Ashburn, Virginia, one of the most densely connected network hubs on the planet and the shortest hop to the largest concentration of Minecraft players in North America.
- US EastAshburn, Virginia Low ping across the eastern United States, the Midwest and eastern Canada. Live
- More soon!New regions We open a region when a node fills, so servers keep their headroom instead of getting thinner. Want one nearer you? Tell us. Demand decides what we build next. Soon
Your server is reachable from anywhere in the world on its own address. The region sets how far the packets travel, not who can join.

Common questions
How fast is setup?
Automatic. The moment your payment clears, your server and panel login are created and emailed to you, usually under a minute.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move up a tier any time from the panel; your world, plugins, and settings carry over untouched.
Which versions are supported?
Servers ship on the latest vanilla Minecraft, and the panel switches you to Paper, Purpur or Spigot in one click, on any of the last eight Minecraft versions, with no ticket needed. Mod loaders (Fabric, NeoForge and Forge) install from the panel too. You can always upload your own jar over SFTP instead.
Can I install mods and modpacks?
Yes, from inside the panel. Your server page has a browser for Modrinth, on a tab named after what your server actually runs: Plugins on vanilla, Paper, Purpur and Spigot, Mods on Fabric, NeoForge and Forge. What it will install depends on the size you are on, because a mod list needs memory that a small plan simply does not have:
- Every plan: browse and install Bukkit and Spigot plugins, and remove them again, in one click.
- 2 GB and up (Gold, Diamond, Emerald): install Fabric, NeoForge or Forge and add individual mods.
- 3 GB and up (Diamond, Emerald): install a whole modpack in one click. We fetch the pack, install the loader it needs, choose the right Java version and apply its configs.
Browsing is open on every plan, so you can see what is out there before you decide. Below those sizes the install button points at an upgrade instead, and you can move up a plan at any time, keeping your world. You can also upload a pack jar over SFTP on any plan, though a big pack really does want the memory.
Where are your servers located?
Ashburn, Virginia (US East). It sits on one of the largest network exchanges in the world, which keeps ping low across the eastern United States, the Midwest and eastern Canada. Players can join from anywhere on the planet; the region only decides how far the traffic has to travel. We open new regions as we add nodes.
Is my RAM really dedicated?
Yes. Each server runs in its own isolated container with a hard memory limit, so no noisy neighbours steal your allocation.
What does “up to 4 cores” mean?
It’s a ceiling, not a reservation. Your server may burst up to that many CPU cores whenever it needs them: during world generation, player joins, or a busy night. It gives them back when it’s idle. Unlike RAM, CPU is shared across the node, so we give every plan generous headroom rather than a thin slice that stalls the moment someone logs in.
